**There is significant construction work ongoing including scaffolding covered in tarp covering the building and windows** Enjoy a relaxing stay at this lovely 2 bed, 2 bath apartment, that sleeps up to 5 people with nearby parking available. If you choose to pay for parking, we will arrange and pay for 1 parking space nearby for you. The property has recently undergone a complete redecoration and provides a stylish yet comfortable home from home experience. Comprising an open plan living room/ kitchen with Juliet balcony, 1 full sized bathroom with bath and shower and 2 x large bedrooms, one of which has an ensuite bathroom with shower. Each bedroom can be set up as a twin room or a double room with a super king bed, while the living room includes a comfortable sofa bed with a double duvet and pillows. The living area includes a wall mounted smart TV with apps including Netflix and YouTube, a modern dining table with benches, plus a fully fitted kitchen with appliances. Additional features include free WiFi with Super Fast Fibre Broadband, a washing machine and clothes airer as well as ironing facilities.
