On road parking; public car park, 200 yards (£5 per day). No smoking. . A coastal holiday cottage, 100 yards from the beach. Just yards from Instow’s pretty beach, Midships is the perfect seaside holiday choice for a relaxing break with family or friends all year round. This delightful, terraced, fisherman’s cottage has a lovely rear courtyard garden, the perfect spot to enjoy a coffee whilst planning your day. With its long, flat promenade, golden sand and dunes, Instow offers something for everyone. The area is a must for water sports, sailing enthusiasts and fishermen, whilst walkers and cyclists will enjoy the famous Tarka Trail which passes through the village. Dining out is a real treat as Instow has an excellent selection of restaurants and cafés, many overlooking the estuary. There is also a renowned delicatessen/village shop where you can pick up some fantastic local produce. Bideford, 2 miles, offers town amenities and boat trips to Lundy Island, and for family fun, The Big Sheep and The Milky Way Adventure parks are close by.
