The View at 37 is a modern bungalow with an amazing view taking in The Mourne mountains the Cooley mountains Slieve Gullion Camlough mountain and Kock Iveagh which has a 3000bc grave and was site used to crown the ancient kings of Iveagh The bedrooms all have ensuite shower rooms , underfloor heating TV, free WiFi, tea/coffee facilities. Our delicious breakfasts are made with locally produced and made produce. Our central location is County Down is perfect for discovering everything Northern Ireland has to offer. There are many activities in the area to suit the solo traveler, couples or families or activity and adventure seekers. In a 20mile radius we have 8 golf courses, course sea and lake fishing, mountain hiking and climbing, cycling and mountain biking, canoeing to name but a few of the activities. We are very lucky to have the only Red Kites group nesting close by and are very excited to have the Game of Thrones experience just 5 miles away. We are an animal friendly home and will help where possible to make you stay as enjoyable as we can.

Katesbridge is a small hamlet in County Down, Northern Ireland. It is within the township of Shannaghan, just off the main route from Castlewellan to Banbridge, and 4.3 miles from Rathfriland. The River Bann flows by the hamlet. The View at 37 is 8.9 miles (15 minutes) via A50 from Banbridge. The property is in the heart of the countryside, the perfect place to unwind and relax in pleasant surroundings. Travelling by car is by far the easiest way to see the countryside and places of interest the area has to offer. ie Butterfly House, Forest Parks, Game of Thrones, Historic sites, Fishing and sports activities, to name a few. There is a Bus service (31) which stops on the main road from Banbridge. The Bus service operates 4 times per day, and takes approximately 22 minutes. Pets are allowed on buses at the discretion of the driver. The View at 37 is aptly named due to the amazing views over the rolling countryside looking towards the Mourne Mountains. On a clear day you can see 30 miles across to Coelle Mountains, The Gap of the North and The Slieve Gullion.
