Number 4 is a semi-detached barn conversion on a farm a mile from Biggin in Derbyshire. The cottage has two king-size doubles, which can be offered as twins if required, there is a ground floor bathroom, the property can sleep two people. Inside it also has an open-plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside is off-road parking and a shared lawned garden with picnic tables and a duck pond. Biggin is a small, 13th century rural village ideally located for the Dove and Manifold valleys in the Peak District National Park, with a church and pub serving good food. Close by are National Trust owned Dovedale, the Tissington Trail, the village of Hartington with its famous cheese shop and market towns including Buxton and Ashbourne. Wonderful surrounding countryside allows for great walking and cycling, and Chatsworth House and Haddon Hall are well worth a visit.
