FIRST FLOOR: The property boasts a modern kitchen with integrated appliances: oven, gas hob, washing machine, separate Smeg fridge freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster. The dining table and chairs seat 4 people, and there is a highchair which can be borrowed too. Double doors lead to a large decked balcony terrace which is for your exclusive use. In the summer we will be adding in some outdoor seating to make sure the space can be enjoyed! Next to the kitchen is a utility room and toilet. Complimentary tea/coffee is provided if you require a hot drink upon arrival. We also have a small free kitchen pack that includes a dishwasher trash can, a washing machine trash can, a fairy liquid and a sponge. Our spacious living room is located to the front of the property, and offers a large, plush corner sofa to sink into after a long day out in the city. Our Smart TV offers multiple entertainment sources for you to log into with your own accounts. Wifi speeds are excellent, reaching up to 65 Mbps. SECOND FLOOR: To the front of the property is the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom (bath and separate shower). In this room there is a double bed, bedside tables with reading lamps, an armchair, a chest of drawers and a full length mirror. The back bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom with double shower (no tub). This room features a double bed, double wardrobe and bedside table with reading light. Important: We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we've partnered with Know Your Guest, the leading vacation rental guest-screening provider. Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details and ID through Know Your Guest. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.

We are located a few minutes walk for the west side of the city Bar Walls. There are lots of local amenities to make your stay more enjoyable and comfortable. Along Blossom Street (opposite the property), you can find York Cars Taxi service, Subway Sandwiches, and Everyman Cinema. Along the same stretch of road, there's KFC, a fish and chip shop, and pizza takeaway, The Bay Horse Pub, Lo Spuntinos, a family run Italian, and Sainsbury's Local. Within 2 minutes walking distance, Yorvik Spice (Indian) and another Italian, Valentino's are also local restaurants to discover if you don't want to venture far. Central York is reached very easily on foot via Micklegate. There are many cafe, restaurants and pubs along this historic street, and of course a lot more choice in the city centre itself. My personal recommendations are Partisan for breakfast/brunch/lunch, and The Rattle Owl for a tasting menu.
