A bright spacious two bed house for 4 guests, with free off-street parking for two cars. Just a 10 minute drive to the City centre and a short walk to York Racecourse. Free Wifi and a large beautiful south facing private garden. Two comfortable double bedrooms, a clean and fresh bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen/dining room and a living room with TV. Outside patio with seating, table and sun loungers. A perfect location to visit the City of York and what it has to offer. Entering the house there is a living room with sofa, flat screen TV, dvd player and coffee table with double doors through to the open plan kitchen dining room with a dining table. There is direct access through the patio doors to the garden, with outside sun loungers, table and chairs for a lovely summers evening. The garden is a good size with grass and patio area with a stunning red acer and bench at the bottom of the garden for a morning coffee in the sun. You’ll wake to the sun in the living room and have an evening of sun in the kitchen and patio. We have a travel cot Free parking at the house, fits 2 cars. Note: There are stairs to both No parties at this property

This light and bright two double bed house is perfect for a City break to explore York and York Races. We have great running and walking routes nearby along with yoga studios, a gym, a park for children and local pubs with beer garden as well as a local lidl and Tesco. The house is less than a mile from the York Races and York College. This property is a 10min drive from the main train station and City Centre. We are also very close to Hob Moor Nature Reserve. The large Lidl is a 2min walk and a large Tesco Supermarket just 3min drive away. Cars: The house is within the York Ring Road, just a 10 minute drive away from the city centre. Parking is very easy with free parking outside the door for two cars. Bus There is a bus stop across the road from the house, with direct bus journeys right into the city centre every 11 minutes. Rail York Station is 10 minutes away, by either taxi, car, or an easy door-to-door bus ride. Buses run between the house and the train station every 11 minutes. City Center You can get to the centre of York either by a 10min car/taxi journey or a lovely 2mile walk past the race course fields straight up into York centre. No parties at the property.
