The cleaning people were warmer than the heavy set manager. The room service staff was nice. The young lady at the reception desk in the daytime was also wonderful and very helpful.

Loved the location. Not in London center but I wanted to experience London as if I was a local. The Manor House is old but it has a lot of charm. I really liked the place.
