Staff were knowledgeable and helpful Heating not switched on in my room, so it was chilly, the windows were open when I arrived which didn't help. Reception had closed so I had no one to report this to. Microwave did not function properley it kept crackling, so had to get a take away! I have stayed at the Manchester Premier apartments quite a bit in the past, huge difference in layout and facilities. |

Excellent location and beautiful appartment with all modern amenities including a washing machine (with washing tablets!) Would absolutely stay here again. The shopping was directly across the street too! It was very noisy if you had the windows open. |

On this occasion the hot water did not work in the bathroom, the television only picked up BBC1 and the kitchen unit had a massive hole in it where the worktop had simply been burnt off. Whilst the apartment was large; most of it was corridor and the rooms were actually very small. I have stayed here before with more success and standards do seem to be falling. As this is an apartment hotel there is no one on reception after 8pm I was only staying one night with an earlier morning departure, so by the time I knew there were issues there was no one around to sort them out. |

Comfortable, clean and better than hotel stays if you have to work away from home for weeks at a time. The shared areas (corridors etc) were really dirty this time. Two cleaners were on duty when I left in the morning and the same dirt was there in the evening. |

Usual benefits of an apartment hotel, lots of space and for the regular business traveller especially it is better than being confined to one room. Sited on a main road and doesn't have great noise insulation. My room was overlooking the road and it was noisy. |

The apartment was spacious and good value for money, ideally located to the city centre. I think that the apartment we stayed in could have done with a fresh touch of paint etc but it was such good value for money that it did not really bother me. I also do not like the idea of having to pay a £250 security deposit as I found it to be inconvenient having to draw the cash out because i do not have a credit card. I will be staying at the hotel again in a week or so but if it had not already been booked i would have cancelled the booking due to the £250 security deposit, so although I give the ratings of the apartments a ten out of ten I would probably not book again in the future due to the security deposit. |

It was nice and cosy and good value for money for an apartment. Not really the hotel but I had a bed which was 2 single beds put together and I kept falling thru the middle a double bed would have been better and also I wish there would have been a dvd player in the apartments as I brought dvds with me as i've stayed in premier apartments before and the other one in glasgow had a dvd player in. |

The location was ideal for clubs & shopping. The checking in was easy and very convenient even though it was late and reception was closed when we arrived. The apartment was clean and tidy - when we arrived in our apartment it was so nice we didnt want to go out!! |

The location was great, the welcome friendly and the apartment well furnished and comfortable. The facilities within the apartment itself were generally very good, with everything working as it should. The bed was very comfortable, and, after a day trapesing around Birmingham, was a very welcoming sight! Parking at the apartments was limited and we only managed to acquire it for one night of our two night stay, although there was a car park just over the road at a cost of £6 for 12 hours, so we made the most of that for the first night and day. A very small improvement would have been a frying pan in the kitchen (but then I'm thinking with my bacon eating head on...). |

I always like staying at Premier Apartments and i always request the corner appartments as there is more space and light. I also like the flexibility of the space. Could not check in until after 3, only 1 set of towels between 2 people for 2 nights, 1 toilet roll and no washing up liquid. No oven tray and carpets were old and dirty. Normally we have no complaints |
