Great location with parking. Easy to find

Only bad thing the lounge was very cold despite heating being on. It would have been nice if heating had been on prior to my arrival to warm the place up. Other than that the place was great.

The Premier Apartments were clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful, would definately stay again !!!

The apartment was comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was superb - close to the markets, the Bullring, other show and facilities, buses etc. And it was remarkably quiet for an inner city location - apart from the odd individuals who came back to their apartments in the early hours of the morning (usually on weekends) and made a bit of noise in the corridor or getting into their rooms. On the whole, though, we were more than delighted with our decision to stay at Premier Apartments. Oh, and having a Spar supermarket on the ground floor was superb - no need to carry milk, water and range juice long distances.

There is nothing of any consequence that comes to mind. It wasn't five star accommodation but it doesn't claim to be. We we pleased with what we got.

I am absolutely satisfied with the appartment we were given. I felt at home and it was much better than a regular hotel room (especially considering the price for the appartment). All three of the receptionists were extremely kind and helpfull. The location of the building is perfect, especially if you're there for shopping or city visit (considering it is 1 minute walk away from the BullRing).

The staff was rude and huffy because the digital box was broken so the telly didnt work when I asked about and if it could be fixed as we were stopping in that night she was throwing around the digital box and the remotes and huffing and puffing when she went to get a replacement because it was past 5 and her home time.

Friendly staff and great location for shopping.

Very run down accommodation, certainly no where near 4 star. A place that I'd expect the government to use as temporary housing for the homeless.

It was in the centre of the town everything was accecable. The appartment itself was lovely and I would defo stay again

We booked a 2 bedroom appartment they called 5 days before to say the ppl in our appartment were extending there stay so they gave us two single appartments for the same price plus free parking so we were happy with our stay

The size of the rooms are great; you feel like home, even the decoration and style is well done!

I have stayed at premier apartments before. The first time I had stayed the apartment was amazing.. This time round the apartment was not spacious in terms of the kitchen but is still nice and different.a couple of mins walk is the bull ring shopping centre.

Noise at 7am of the street cleaners. Also some parts of the furniture and fittings needed to be looked at as they needed a touch up. It should also provide a lot more different pots and pans as it was really limited.
