Next Time I would ask for a Room not overlooking the Market. Can be very noisy during the night/Morning.

The location is very good, very close to the shopping areas, can walking every where.

The rooms should be clean more often than once a week. We stayed for a week, so the room hasn't been clean at all during this time. No one came to check,if we need more toilet paper or not, or may be we are supposed to replace it when it run out, which we did.The shampoo also run out. But this are small things, next time we know what to expect, otherwise it was all ok.

Convenient, close to New St train station, large room

Location within the city was central but a bit run down. The rooms are probably close to needing a repaint and freshen up.

Clean, simple, practical, comfortable. A very good alternative to a hotel. Central location, lovely helpful staff.

The area is a bit bleak and grim at night.

Yes the tv! There were plenty of channels but constantly switchng on and off-So frustrating!!!! It was the digibox becasue it kept loosing signal!Even when the weather was fine!

Space, home from home facilities, reasonable price, location.

Carpets desperately in need of cleaning really let the experience of quality down. Would hope that this was a one off but they were so dirty perhaps not.

We were particularly impressed by the flexible booking in and out times. We turned up two hours early and were given the key to the room immediately, and also arranged a two-hour extension to our booking-out time with no fuss or extra cost. The apartment itself was well furnished and clean. All in all, a very relaxing, pleasant stay. We'll be back.

It wasn't the quietest room in the building, being just a dozen yards from Birmingham Markets and well within earshot of anyone passing by on the street below.
