The location was ideal for clubs & shopping. The checking in was easy and very convenient even though it was late and reception was closed when we arrived. The apartment was clean and tidy - when we arrived in our apartment it was so nice we didnt want to go out!! |

The location was great, the welcome friendly and the apartment well furnished and comfortable. The facilities within the apartment itself were generally very good, with everything working as it should. The bed was very comfortable, and, after a day trapesing around Birmingham, was a very welcoming sight! Parking at the apartments was limited and we only managed to acquire it for one night of our two night stay, although there was a car park just over the road at a cost of £6 for 12 hours, so we made the most of that for the first night and day. A very small improvement would have been a frying pan in the kitchen (but then I'm thinking with my bacon eating head on...). |

The apartment was really well-planned and comfortable. The street noise at night was dreadful! Never again! |

I always like staying at Premier Apartments and i always request the corner appartments as there is more space and light. I also like the flexibility of the space. Could not check in until after 3, only 1 set of towels between 2 people for 2 nights, 1 toilet roll and no washing up liquid. No oven tray and carpets were old and dirty. Normally we have no complaints |

Situated in the center of everything. Advertised as luxurious, but a bit too shabby to be that. |

Everything on you doorstep. Next Time I would ask for a Room not overlooking the Market. Can be very noisy during the night/Morning. |

Excellent central location. Comfortable and tidy. Friendly and helpful staff. Carpets have seen better days. TV digi box was not working very well. Difficult to park unless pre-booked spaces were available. |

The location is very good, very close to the shopping areas, can walking every where. The rooms should be clean more often than once a week. We stayed for a week, so the room hasn't been clean at all during this time. No one came to check,if we need more toilet paper or not, or may be we are supposed to replace it when it run out, which we did.The shampoo also run out. But this are small things, next time we know what to expect, otherwise it was all ok. |

Convenient, close to New St train station, large room Location within the city was central but a bit run down. The rooms are probably close to needing a repaint and freshen up. |
