Fabulous location for shopping, bars and restaurants. Clean and tidy and all the facilities we needed for a short break

It's over a restaurant and the smell of garlic was really over powering in the corridors, ok in the apartment though. Some of the decor looked a little tired and was maybe ready for a repaint in our particular apartment.

It had everything I needed and allow me the space to both relax and work particularly as the living area was seperate to the bedroom. I also liked having the kitchen facility to do by own thing although it was great that the location was next to China town for restaurants. It was an easy walk from Birmingham New Street station for both getting there and also convenient from a business perspective as I got the train to clients instead of a taxi. Although I was there to shop, a great location if that's what you want too.

We absolutely loved the apartments and will definitely be coming back! Absolute top position for shopping, bit disappointed that we had to pay for the car park on top of the price. Did not expect 2 bathrooms so that was a lovely surprise and we loved how big the 2 bedrooms were - we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the apartments and didn't want to go home!

Paying for the car park. Bathrooms were not very clean. We had ordered 2 z-beds but neither were in the room and we had to wait for them to be delivered to our room.

we really enjoyed our stay, the location is superb, everything is on your doorstep and the staff made us feel really welcome and made sure we had everything we needed the apartment was spacious, really homely and comfortable, fantastic for the price for the 3 days we stayed have already recomended Premier Apartments Birmingham to friends and family, will definatly come back again!

I like the the design of the apartment and the furniture also the location

Friendly staff and we got upgraded to a 2 bed apartment which was lovely, clean and well equipped.Loved the view from the big balcony overlooking the Bullring and Markets. Location was brilliant and a 5 min walk to the Bullring and shops. Security was good and key code for the door.

We didn't like the fact that you had to pay for the Internet £10 a day or £25 for a week when other places that we have visited is 'free wifi'. Also the noise early in the morning from the markets but suggest you just take your ear plugs or ipod lol but was tolerable due to prime location of the apartments

Central location, clean & attractive , spacious appartment.

Very good location. Shopping, necessities and others, are all very close. Bull ring is 5 min away, you can walk to NEw street station, 10 min away. I had business in HAgley Road, which took 10 min in a cab. Located right next to Chinatown, so great Chinese food right next door, many restaurants. The room was very clean, all appliances working and in good order . Clean bathroom, with bath and good shower. The manager , Claire, was a lovely lady , very helpful and professional , as were the remaining staff. Much better than a hotel room. Good sleep as well, my room was on the other side away from the market, so no noise. Can't comment on noise coming from the market in early morning as other reviewers have described. I will definitely stay here again.

Excelent location to explore the city, Able to go in and out at any time. Attentive staff. Comfortable furnishings. Good facilities. Mad a thorouhly enjoyable break.

The staff were very accomadating and let us check in early and check out late. The apartment came fully equipped and was nice and spacious.

The bed was very uncomfortable as the mattress was very soft so we kept both sinking into the middle of the bed. I had a very bad nights sleep and was very tired the next day.

The apartment was comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was superb - close to the markets, the Bullring, other show and facilities, buses etc. And it was remarkably quiet for an inner city location - apart from the odd individuals who came back to their apartments in the early hours of the morning (usually on weekends) and made a bit of noise in the corridor or getting into their rooms. On the whole, though, we were more than delighted with our decision to stay at Premier Apartments. Oh, and having a Spar supermarket on the ground floor was superb - no need to carry milk, water and range juice long distances.

There is nothing of any consequence that comes to mind. It wasn't five star accommodation but it doesn't claim to be. We we pleased with what we got.
