Location, privacy Kitchen ware was cheap and poor standard which made cooking unenjoyable. OK if you eat out. Bed was in 2 parts & moved all over the place. Everything furnished on the cheap.

Location close to New St station, Bullring shopping centre, and Rag market. Chinese restaurant on one side and Spar on the other and the food market across the road if you don't fancy eating out all the time. Modern and comfy. Advantages over a hotel room were the space, separate bedroom, and the kitchen that included a fridge, freezer, microwave, cooker, toaster and washing machine. External noise at night, but then you are in the city centre. Air con would be good.

Great Central location, clean apartment, friendly staff, apartment was nicely laid out with all you need. No blinds on french windows that over looked travelodge next door, there were curtains but would have had to keep them closed all day if you did not want quests at travelodge having an equally clear view of the inside of the apartment, some of the sights we were able to clearly see would not be appropriate for children..

Location and proximity to shops, staff were very friendly and helpful. Apartment was clean and we got a smoking room on a high floor which we asked for, apartment was spacious and were able to open the 'balcony' doors which was lovely in the sun. Property clearly has a cellular signal blocker so you can't use Internet without WiFi so was forced to purchase that, but it was only £5 for 24 hours. Also the hot water ran out after just one shower and about a 3rd of a bath which delayed us being able to go out. Was simply told to "wait an hour" until it filled up.

Everything you need, great location, very reasonable price. Staff responded to emails very quickly and were very accommodating- enabling us to gain entry via security after the office closed. Was a bit hot in the bedroom, even with the radiator off, but a bit too noisy next to the markets to have the windows open all night. Would stay again though- not that big a problem.

Good staff, clean, tidy, good design. Parts of the apartment were falling apart (towel rails), items missing. Plain and basic. Bed was awful (moved & squeaked just by being on it).

The position of the apartment was perfect for the city centre, which was litterally across the road. The staff were friendly and efficient.

Location and friendly staff The shower was broken and the smell of smoke over powering in the lounge As soon as it was mentioned the housekeeping and maintenance staff helped resolved the issues and were very friendly Apartment stank very heavily of stale smoke and despite the great efforts of house keeping the smell did not go and I had to keep the french windows open in the lounge. As this lead onto a shared balcony it left me feeling alittle unsafe if I left the room or on the evening I spend alone in the Apartment. I would recommned only on service and location

The only downside was the state of the car park, attached to the back yard of a Thai restaurant. These people were none too careful about their property. Litter and food wrappings were blowing over the premier car park and the whole areas could have done with a deep clean to clear away bird muck and the potential of rat infestation. It is hard to inculcate standards of cleanliness into foreigners!

We loved having all of the facilities to use it was very helpful, the apartment was clean and tidy and very comfy. Was a nice place to relax and chill out! We loved it. The only bad thing was that the bed moved when you sat on it due to having wheels.
