Very modern hotel which was spotless and spacious. Lovely atmosphere and very welcoming.

The people in restaurant were super nice and helpful in my special requirements for raw vegan diet. So I appreciate every effort there and their kind approach.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel The lady at the reception was very nice and helful. She even gave us a travel adaptor to charge our phones. She was always smiling and ready to help. The rooms were not very big, but clean and confortable. The bed and pillows were very good. Also they had black out curtains, which for me were important. The location is a bit far from the centre, but easily accessibile by bus in 20 min. Within 1-2 min from the hotel you have 2 big supermarkets and also the bus station. For the price paid we were happy. It is not a luxury hotel/room but clean and nice.

Excellent room, clean, quiet, with kettle and tea. Great bathroom, spacious and up to good standard. There was amazingly looking pub and garden but we didn't have chance to use them.

I had a digital mishap booking another hotel, the booking didn't go through properly and I had a frantic search for somewhere else. The Regency Hotel offered an affordable night's sleep, so I gave it a shot. I frequently travel between the UK and France, so it breaks the hours of driving up a little. The room isn't some super beautiful photo-worthy place, but it ticked every box I needed. Comfortable, friendly, great breakfast, lovely staff, and the place has a bit of character. Also, affordable and somewhere I will definitely be going back to. My son also loved it. They are doing some work in the outdoor seating area, but I never heard a peep. The bed was comfortable, the room came with a TV, kettle, tea/coffee, the usual things like shower gel, soap, towels, etc. The guy at the front desk (Wednesday 31st July, night time) was awesome, very friendly and chatty, funny and helpful. Breakfast was really good, nice selection of cold or hot food, drinks, etc. and affordable. Exactly what you need after a long drive. What can I say, it's not a luxury hotel, but it's right on price point and I have nothing negative to say.

It was refreshing - clean cosy modern and staff helpful and friendly. The rooms and beds were spacious as well as the bathroom shower. The position to airport and facilities were fantastic.

The room exceeded my expectations. I always thought that Holiday Inn's were quite basic, but my room was better than some Hilton Hotels I've stayed in. Plenty of towels and coffee & tea facilities. The room was spacious, modern and clean.

We had a great stay at the hotel! Nigel was incredibly kind and helpful, he gave us directions to the city and assisted us with everything we needed. The breakfast was also excellent and very flexible with timing, which made our mornings much easier. Although the hotel is outside the airport, it's very close to the city centre. You can easily get there with just one bus, the X1, which only takes about 25 minutes and runs 24 hours a day. Super convenient and a great location overall. Thank you for the warm hospitality!

The reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and couldn't have done more to be accommodating! Receiving parcels, holding my luggage, and answering any questions I had. Would highly recommend!

Only stayed here for one night to go on a concert that was near by the hotel. The hotel is perfect for a weekend. Good room, toilet, shower and bed. Maybe I wish there were more hangers to hang up the clothes.

The room was comfortable, the decor was gorgeous, cleanliness was 10/10, the staff were professional, inviting and helpful, the breakfast was brilliant, we enjoyed a cocktail in the sky bar, the lift was quickly fixed after it wasn't in service, the foyer is stunning and the on site restaurants provided a nice variety of quality food, the spa was beautiful and the pool clean and well maintained, all the spa facilities were working properly and the touch of free drinks was lovely.
