I gpt a lot of help from recption due to my luggage being undelivrered and i was very stressed staff helped me.

The staff are exceptional! We arrived a bit stressed due to various things and the gentleman at reception immediately made us feel at home. Both he, and the lady the next morning were so kind they felt like family and friends. Nearby there are many pub and dining options. For vegetarians/vegans there are restaurants and a trusty Wetherspoon pub in walking distance.

Really helpful and friendly. Should of got WiFi code, it was late and I didn't ask. Shower a bit small, bed very comfortable, excellent value

We had a great stay at the hotel! Nigel was incredibly kind and helpful, he gave us directions to the city and assisted us with everything we needed. The breakfast was also excellent and very flexible with timing, which made our mornings much easier. Although the hotel is outside the airport, it's very close to the city centre. You can easily get there with just one bus, the X1, which only takes about 25 minutes and runs 24 hours a day. Super convenient and a great location overall. Thank you for the warm hospitality!

It was very close to the the airport and the Resort World Arena. The restaurant is amazing. The pool and the gyim are very good. The staff is very kind and helpful.

Well located next to the airport for late night arrivals/ early morning departures. Breakfast was great with a rich variety of items. The room was comfy for one (double bed) but might've been a bit on the small side for two occupants. It was very clean. There was complementary water & chocolate in the room. A special shout out to Temitayo who was at the reception when I arrived - excellent service! Would stay there again.

I loved the rooms, the facilities, the free entry into the spa.

Due to lifts, we turned up early but our room was ready so we settled straight in. We had lunch which was really good and a few drinks. It was very relaxing there and the service was great, we were really looked after. The staff were really professional but were chatty and friendly too. We enjoyed coffee and TV in our room before going to our show. On return we noted the bar was open and decided to have a nightcap then up to enjoy a good sleep. We had a full English breakfast before we left. They had everything and went out of their way to get gluten free bread and a lovely gluten free muffin for my friend. We were really impressed. Prices were pretty good. The location is perfect for shows at the arena and we will definitely stay here again. Keep up the good work.
