Location-perfect! Great to have safe & secure car parking. Friendly and personable staff-nothing too much trouble. Relaxed environment. Lovely facilities. Shame we couldn’t stay longer!!!! Will definitely come back.

in middle of lots of places to visit. eat at Black Swan Bus stopped right outside Black Swan and went into Manchester so no need to drive. Close to airport. Would visit again when all back to some kind of normal.

Parking area was very spacious and well lit. We had two relatives also staying and one of them had reduced mobility and they got a ground floor room close to the car park which made their stay very easy and comfortable. Anna at reception is a huge asset to the hotel as are the other staff members. They also have a great entertainment program on offer on selected dates but not during our stay. Highly recommended.
