The hotel is just a 2-minute walk from the beach and Promenade where you will find bus and tram stops. to transport you around the area. Free on road parking is available as well as a pay and display car park at the end of the avenue. Situated in Blackpool's North Shore area, Rossdene House offers all rooms with ensuite facilities, Central heating for cooler nights and also a fan for hotter periods. Free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, Hairdryer, iron and Ironing board, bedside cabinets with power sockets and tea and coffee-making facilities. All rooms are serviced daily (if required) and bed linen and towels are provided. Larger rooms contain king sized beds. A full English breakfast is included in the price along with cereal and toast each morning. We will also cater for special dietary requests if possible. We also have a licenced bar serving a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks open to guests. We hope guests enjoy their stay with us and feel relaxed and refreshed.
Debbie and Adi look forward to meeting all our our guests with a warm welcome and free tea and coffee on arrival. We aim to make everyone feel very relaxed and refreshed in a family friendly atmosphere. We will try our best to accommodate your needs if possible and assist in any way we are able.
Rossdene House is situated in the North shore of Blackpool and the town centre is a fifteen minute walk away. The hotel is just a 2-minute walk from the beach and Promenade where you will find bus and tram stops. to transport you around the area. Gynn Avenue offers a quiet and comfortable stay just one street behind the promenade. Well located to access the nightlife , shows ,theatres and all Blackpool has to offer whilst a few minutes walk from all the hustle and bustle of the lively town centre. There are a variety of restaurants, cafes, take aways and convenience stores etc. located on the next street. Free on road parking is available as well as a pay and display car park at the end of the avenue.
