location is good.

too much heating on during the night.not good for kids.

Liked the fact that it was a clean room, large shower and close to the Central line, so v. easy access to Central London. Heating was excellent, very warm (hot) in the room and very hot water.

Not many facilities at the hotel - no iron, no hairdryer for example. And the room is small. No laundry facilities to wash clothes. The temperature for the water is only 1) very hot 2) extremely hot 3) nuclear. or you can just turn it to cold and get a nice icing.

*Hot water is very weak *when I paid £10 at the begining for key, and I should get that money back at the end, they just didnt know where did they write that, so they were looking for it 10minutes, and at the end, ok I got money back, but they are pretty disorganized *I missed some diary products for breakfast

Small but clean /warm room. Excellent cooked breakfast as long as you arrived early (as once gone, there were no replacement of cooked food even if there was still some time to go before the breakfast session ended) Not too far from Ilford br station. For us quite good value for money, as last minute saver.

The showers were only luke warm (at any time, not just when it was a busy usage time)- this would be ok in summer but it was snowing outside ! Rooms could have been more spacious, especially the ensuite facilities. As opposite my reference to running out of cooked breakfasts early !

I liked most of the hotel,you got what you paid for,the staff were very helpfull when I requested extra pillows,always smiling,I had to wait for my room as I had got their early,I had to ask was there a lounge to wait as not happy waiting by the front recption,I would reconmend this hotel not a bad budget hotel

breakfast was to a very good standard ,the only down side I personaly found was we were asked to move into the bar area after I had just finished my last mouthful to allow other guest to have a table for breakfast,dining area extreamly small if you fancyed a 2nd cuppa, I also noticed their was two couples with small babys but only one high chair,the hotel was mainly used for builder,workers,overall ok place to stay if visiting family for a family party

Location and price. Ideal for a builder / contractor. I wouldn't take my wife here.

My room was very tired and in need of a new carpet and re decorating. Shower mouldy and needs re tiling

On arrival we were made to wait in the bar as they were understaffed and a queue was forming for check-in. On receiving our keys we were walked out of the back door by a chap who didn't speak english and lead about quarter of a mile down the road to a residential property they seem to use as an annexe. The entrance hall smelled of gas. We had three rooms, two of which had malfunctioning showers - you could get either very hot, or very cold. I complained and the hotel clearly already knew about this. Finally, the presence of rodent bait traps in my room (3 in total) didn't fill me with comfort. I didn't expect a palace for the price, but even contractors have a minimum level of expectation for a room - clean with a functioning shower, and actually at the location you booked.

There was en suite bathoom, which was clean overall. Comfortable beds - really good day/ night sleep TV in room to help relax after a 19 hour day

1 of the plug sockets was broken and looked unsafe to use What appeared to be a smoke alarm was hanging from the ceiling ? with battery in - unsure Toilet brush had faecal matter still on it - could do with replacing (we were in room 16)

a lot of noise, the vaccum noise in the morning, more differents food and we could have turkey ham or something else for people which don't eat pork meat

The location as it was about a 5 to 10 minute walk to the station

Everything it was like a something out of a horror film. The room stank of damp stagment water the toilet was filthy as were the towels. the staff were rude and very unhelpful, the day staff told us we had to hand the key in to reception if we were going out all night so we did which was at 3pm and when we came back 3.30am having been to london for the fireworks the night staff could not find our key and it took them half an hour at least to find a key!!!!! We paid £60 and expected buget but not filthy
