Our guesthouse is in a great location close to the beach and the town. We have kettles and microwaves in all our rooms. We do not provide breakfast . There is Wifi throughout the property. We have a lovely planted garden at the front with room for guests to sit and enjoy the sunshine at leisure.

We are in an excellent position here only a few minutes from both the beach and the town. There is a new adventure park across the road from us which is free and lots of different entertainment throughout the summer for all the family to enjoy. Paignton Peer is very close to us and has lots of amusements open all summer long. There is a multi-storey Car Park at the end of our road. There is a lovely Park just behind us (Victoria Park) which has nice grassy areas, a pond, a play park and a skate park for the older children. We are right on the front so there are plenty of places to eat and drink, a Cinema and lots of shops.
