A light and spacious barn conversion with fantastic rural views located in an AONB. Great for connecting with the Cotswolds Way which passes the village.. Living/dining room: With wood burner, Freeview TV, DVD player, beams, wooden floor and French doors leading to patio. Kitchen: With electric hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and stone floor. Separate toilet. First floor: Gallery: With day bed and wooden floor. Bedroom 1: With double bed and en-suite with shower cubicle and toilet. Bedroom 1: With zip and link kingsize bed (can be twin beds on request). Bathroom: With bath with shower attachment and toilet. . Oil central heating (underfloor in kitchen), electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Initial wood for wood burner included, remainder available locally. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Garden with patio, BBQ and garden furniture. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. . Shaplands Barn has been lovingly converted - offering light and airy living. One of a pair, it lies in a quiet lane in a small village. The village is in an AONB and is famous for being on the Cotswold Way. Only 4 miles from jct 18 on the M4, the holiday property is very well placed for exploring - whether walking, cycling or day trips to NT Dyrham Park, Westonbirt Aboretum, or Lacock. Bath is 6 miles away with famous Roman baths and Georgian stone crescents. Nearby is the village of Marshfield with village shop and gastro pubs. Shops 2 miles. Free WiFi
