Myself, Simon, and my wife, Siobhan are new to hospitality but we each bring unique skills from our previous careers to ensure you will have the perfect break. Freindly and welcoming we have a huge knowledge of the surrounding area and yorkshire coast. Pick our brains at breakfast to find out local secrets, The best places to eat, local walks and points of interest, where to spot dolphins and seals, the best fossil hotspots on the Jurassic coast! we know all the things you wont find on google!!

The Park View at Peasholm Park has an enviable location. Right at the entrance to the beautiful Peasholm park, we are at the heart of Scarborough's North Bay and all its attractions. We welcome you to a grand home, built in the 1930's we have a prominent raised position overlooking the park. Tastefully decorated we offer a home from home stay for our guests with a lovely front garden to sit out and watch the world go by. A short walk to practically everywhere we are surrounded by everything you will need to have a fabulous holiday.

The Park View at Peasholm Park has an enviable location. Right at the entrance to the beautiful Peasholm park, inspired by Japanese culture, we are at the heart of Scarborough's North Bay and all its attractions. Home to the famous open air theatre we welcome acts such as Kylie Minougue, Tom Jones, Duran Duran and many more. Two minutes from the Scarborough's best beach and a three minute walk to the famous minature train that takes you on a scenic trip to Scarborough Sea Life centre. A two minute stroll in the opposite direction and you have the fantastic venue of Scarborough cricket club. One of the best small grounds in the country for watching first class cricket.
