We are a family company which began operating in 2013. Our first holiday let property was on the Isle Of Skye and we have since grown our portfolio over the years with other properties across Scotland. We take pride in a high level of attention to detail thus ensuring our guests have the best possible experience whilst staying in one of our locations. Many people comment about the homely and stylish features of our designs which is something we deliberately set out to achieve. You will feel at home and comfortable whilst staying with us but also experience a degree of luxury with features such as spa baths, welcome packs and our super comfortable bedding. We aim to deliver a traditional style with all the amenities you’d expect from a modern property.

Also included is a lounge area flat-screen TV with satellite channels, equipped kitchen with a microwave, fridge/freezer and a washer/dryer machine and free wifi throughout.

Upon check out, please ensure you take all of your personal items with you as regrettably, any left items to be posted back to you will incur a £10.00 administration fee plus cost of postage. Lost items will be disposed of one week after your departure date inclusive.

All rubbish/recycling must be removed from the apartment before/at departure. Regrettably, non-conformity will incur an administration charge of £20.00 deducted from the security deposit.

Please ensure you do not lose the property keys or lock yourself out of the property. A replacement key fee of £10.00 will be charged in the event of lost keys and a call out charge of £40.00 will be applied if it is necessary for a member of staff to retrieve keys or replace them.

Maximum number of two guests staying at the property must not be exceeded.

Please be advised that the apartment is located on the 3rd floor and can only be accessed by stairs.
