The whole stay was an amazing experience. The countryside views to the bedroom and ensuite. Could sit in the garden was hours admiring the lands for miles. Not to mention the beautiful horses, sheep, peacocks and geese that were within touching distance. The hosts were so friendly and welcoming, nothing was too much for them. The breakfast was delicious, such a great selection. Put a smile on my face when I walked into the bedroom to find Lindt Chocolates on each side of the bed tables. The beds were so comfortable and the ensuite was nice, clean and tidy too as well as the bedroom. The tea and coffee station in the bedroom had a great variety of drinks to make and even come with biscuits! Honestly, the best B&B I've ever stayed in. I definitely would recommend and stay at again on my next trip to Devon.

Did not wait for breakfast.
Access via lift much appreciated.
Good pub one minute walk away, good store 2 minutes walk...
Good pub one minute walk away, good store 2 minutes walk away, lovely walks around the village, good bus service.
The only minor point is, outside the village the road surface in places will shake the fillings from your teeth. blame that on Devon County Council not Witheridge.

Small village with a few pubs and well stocked shops.
Small village with a few pubs and well stocked shops. Regular nights for specific eating such as a wood fired pizza van on Fridays (??). Great base for exploring Devon and beyond without having to stay in a more commercially (noisy) tourist area, beautifully quiet. Short hop to some great restaurants.
