The living areas in this holiday home consist of a kitchen/diner equipped with electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and dining table for ten, a utility with washing machine and tumble dryer and a sitting room with Smart TV and woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of three doubles, a second-floor double and a second-floor family room with double and single all serviced by a bathroom and shower room. Outside there is parking, an enclosed patio with furniture and garden with lawn. Within 1.3 miles there is a shop and 0.2 miles a pub. Highchairs and travel cot available. Two well-behaved dogs welcome, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, starter for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Cheltenham, located just 20 miles away, is the most fully realised regency town in all of England. Famous for its horse-racing festival in March that culminates in the Gold Cup steeplechase, this spa town also boasts an incredible selection of shops, cinemas, theatres, restaurants, and pubs. Festivals of literature, jazz, classical music, science, and food and drink are held there at other times of the year. Oxford is the oldest university city in England and is also known as "The City of Dreaming Spires" due to its abundance of illustrious attractions such as the university's 38 colleges (half of which date back to before 1600), the oldest university teaching room, the Bodleian Library, the Ashmolean Museum, the Pitt Rivers Museum, and the Botanic Gardens.
