The heating didn't work. The boiler didn't have the necessary pressure to start up. The owner just told me to start the heater. Despite trying to start it for 1 hour, it still didn't work.

The breakfast was really good. Great choices. I could also request a few changes to the menu offered. The chap who served breakfast was very friendly, accommodating, and made us both feel well looked after. The bed was very comfortable and the room we had was quiet so got a good night's sleep. The room was lovely and clean, and it was nice to have a lounge area in our room as there were two functions on, so we couldn't use the communal areas comfortably. Really friendly staff and they all loved dogs so that was really great. We arrived to find a dog bowl, blanket, and treats, and our dog received lots of love too.
