Beautiful house, spotless room and ensuite with good facilities. Very central to everything on quiet street with unrestricted parking. Hosts were very friendly. Recommended.

The Red House is an elegant and distinctive Victorian house overlooking the harbor and the River Fal. It is about 492 feet from the seafront and Gyllyngvase and Castle beaches. A short walk will bring you to the town and harbor. Princess Pavilion is 492 feet away, and has free entertainment on summer evenings. Local transport is widely and easily accessible. Full English breakfast contains organic or local produce where possible, and features homemade jams and marmalade. Special diets can be catered for (with prior notice). At The Red House you can come and go as you please: keys are provided for the guest room and front door. There is a private car park.

This beautiful William Morris designed Victorian house was originally built for and owned by Lord Kimberley around 1870. This family home has been lovingly transformed into a bed and breakfast and is ideally positioned to capture the full beauty of Falmouth and the surrounds. Situated about 150 meters from the sea front (Gyllyngvase and Castle beaches) and about 7 minutes’ walk into the town and harbour. Near to Princess Pavilion with its beautiful gardens with free entertainment in the summer, The Maritime Museum, Pendennis Castle and Falmouth Town train station is also nearby. This is family a run guesthouse offering a quality bed and breakfast to make your stay as relaxing and enjoyable as possible, special diets can be catered for i.e. Wheat, gluten free, vegetarian, vegan or raw vegan (please advise in advance). We also stock and serve Tregothnan tea, real Cornish tea grown right here in Cornwall really, we kid you not. Even the preserves and marmalades are all homemade by Karen and you can bet there are some very interesting and unusual combinations (she likes to experiment). Karen and I have run our family run guest house for 19 years. This is family a run guest house offering a quality bed and breakfast or room only option to make your stay as relaxing and enjoyable as possible.
We are centrally located with a 3 minute walk to the beach and a 5 minute walk to the town.
