The Woodleigh is a lovely Edwardian property with a south facing aspect, consequently our patio area is popular on sunny days. We pride ourselves on the traditional relaxing homely atmosphere that you will find at The Woodleigh. Our bedrooms are all en-suite with showers and are comfortably furnished (please note all televisions are on a swivel bracket to adjust the angle. They are set out such that we cannot take bookings for large same sex groups. For those that find stairs difficult we have an easily operated chair lift to first floor bedrooms, with stairs to top floor rooms. If you have any enquires with regard to the chair lift/mobility difficulties please contact us. There is also a comfortable bar with large screen T.V. for guest use and we are fully licensed so can provide drinks at your request. Our dining room has separate tables if required. There is a large choice of breakfast menu, also we can provide warm milk for cereal etc on request. If you have any special dietary requirements please let us when booking, so we can accommodate your needs. PLEASE NOTE WE DO NOT HAVE A PRIVATE CAR PARK. PARKING IS ON STREET WITH NO RESTRICTIONS OR PARKING FEES ON A FIRST COME FIRST SERVED BASIS.

King Edward Ave is 'the' road to stay in Blackpool. On the north shore (the opposite end to the pleasure beach) it is a quiet area to stay in, with free on street parking available. Once found guests return to our road time and time again. Buses and Trams pass by the top of the road , these will take you to all the attractions Blackpool has to offer as well as those at nearby Cleveleys, Fleetwood and St.Annes. The seafront is at the top of the road too and there are lovely views of the sands from the clifftop walks, also plenty of benches to sit on too!
