This is now our tenth year in running holidays lets in Scarborough. We recognised that both owners and guests needed a better service in the town. We look after are owners properties as if they were are own and for our guests we take the responsibility of dealing with any issues that may arise during their stay on behalf of the owners.

Property info

We own and look after a number of properties in Scarborough for our guests and take full responsibility for making sure that everything during your stay runs smoothly. We live locally and have a team of people dedicated to making sure that your stay is as perfect as possible. We have properties in the South and North Bays of the town and all are equipped with WiFi internet and linen and towels are included throughout.

Neighborhood info

Scarborough is a beautiful town with some truly amazing attributes. It may seem out on the edge of the coast but in actual fact its only 50 minutes by train from York and that makes it under three hours from London. We have guests and investors who have been surprised at how easy it is to get to and have been delighted when they came to find it such a vibrant town with so much going on even in the Winter.
