Very nice hotel, excellent staff

Wifi had a lot of problems but thr staff sorted it out in the end

The location of the hotel was excellent. The staff were very helpful. The outside seating was very good. The evening meal and breakfasts we had were also good.

For the price of £100 per night I thought the room was quite small. The local Premier Inn has much bigger rooms for less the price. Because of how the hotel is built there is no lift and having to walk up 3 flights of stairs every time is not customer friendly especially for the elderly.

Old fashioned traditional market town Hotel. The room (single) was small but well maintained. The shower was modern - all very clean. I ate in the restaurant - standard fair but excellent meal for price and good service.

The (single) bed was too small.

The room was very noisy as there was some sort of party with loud music below us that did not stop until after midnight. We were also served a horrible melon and ham starter, which they insisted that we pay for.

Nice place, close to raiway station and to center of Boston, quiet. Nice people that ready to help including soecial diet requirements for breakfast. I'm staying here for two times and still like it.

Easy access , pleasant welcome . Well presented bedroom . And good food.

One small downfall was the bedroom did have a rather damp / stale smell they stayed with my clothes the following day when I left :-(

Peculiar hot water system, not in line with modern standards, took too long for the water to run hot in the bathroom and the mixer in the shower worked in the opposite sense to the norm.

friendly staff, great breakfast, have stayed sereval times and it is always pleasant.

some of the heavy traffic area carpets could do with a steam clean as they are looking a little soiled

Very pleasant staying. WiFi at high data rate available in the room for free, fresh and rich breakfast. Very good restaurant, design bar, very kind personnel. I would recommend it for sure!

Very convenient location for my purpose. My room overlooked the river. Excellent light lunch and good dinner with very drinkable wines all at modest prices. Friendly staff and great atmosphere.

No elevator. Lengthy walk, approximately 300 steps, through multiple stairs from parking lot to room. Bed mattress near end of life.
