A unique apartment right next to the ski slope at an altitude of over 2000 m above sea level. The apartment with a mezzanine allows a comfortable stay for families or groups of friends of up to 4-5 people. We offer a well-equipped kitchenette and a ski storage room (ski-depot). Convenient location, close to a bakery, supermarket, restaurants, apres-ski bars, two spa centers, Russian banya and ski equipment rentals.

You can contact me during your stay to resolve problems, ask for information, arrange a tour or event (birthday party, paragliding, wine degustation, culinary workshops) or additional attractions in the area. Wishing you an enjoyable stay! Let me ensure you've got everything you need. It is the largest and the most modern ski resort in Georgia. The average snow cover in this area of the Caucasus is 2.5 meters. Gudauri will host the Snowboarding World Championships in 2023. Located at an altitude of 2,200 metres with the highest view point at 3,280 meters above sea level it offers 75 km+ of ski slopes. Here you get 99.9% snow guarantee!
