И. конечно, мы всегда готовы ответить на интересующие Вас вопросы.

Гостевой дом "Като" расположен на территории Старого Тбилиси на тихой улице в 80 метрах от улицы Коте Абхази (Леселидзе). Какие наши особенности? Конечно, все зависит от индивидуальных предпочтений человека, поэтому будет не скромно говорить, что мы в чем-то уникальны. Наш гостевой дом во многом похож на многие, однако.... Во-первых, дом относительно новой постройки, ему всего лишь 20 лет. Во-вторых, это тихая улица, несмотря на рядом расположенную проезжую дорогу, одновременно являющуюся самой посещаемой туристами пешеходной территорией. В-третьих, дом расположен действительно в пяти минутах ходьбы от площади Свободы, десяти минутах до реки Кура, Моста Мира, 15-20 минутах до серных бань Абанотубани, 20-25 минутах до Сухого моста и так далее.

Гостевой дом "Като" расположен на территории Старого Тбилиси, на пересечении двух небольших улиц Вахтанга Беридзе и улицы Иверии. Благодаря такому расположению, в наших окрестностях достаточно тихо, несмотря на постоянное движение и жизнь на улице Коте Абхази (бывшая Леселидзе) -главная туристическая дорога в этом районе, протянувшаяся от моста Метехи до площади Свободы. В шаговой доступности (от 5 до 30 минут) от гостевого дома расположены такие места постоянного-желаемого-"обязательного" посещения туристами и гостями Тбилиси, как: Площадь Свободы и сквер Пушкина, проспект Ш.Руставели (лимонады Лагидзе, Хинкальный Дом, музеи, магазины и прочее).
