Beautiful old Georgian house with high ceilings, beautiful balcony, good location, walking distance to the beach and the city center, a nice garden & a friendly family, and 10 meters from the best Ajaran Khachapuri in the world.

Beautiful old Georgian House in the center of Batumi with a nice garden, walking distance to the beach. There are several 24/7 grocery stores, nice restaurants and exchange offices nearby, as well as the Supermarket Goodwill and shopping center about 500 meters from the guesthouse.
