A brand new luxury residence located in a quiet but central location of Zante town, next to the main square and the marina (just 5 mins on foot). All the best bars and restaurants of Zante town are within walking distance (1-10 mins away on foot). The residence is consisted of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a spacious open plan living room, kitchen & dining area. Both bedrooms have a super comfortable queen size bed, smart TV and all amenities you might need. Two extra guests can also be accommodated on a sofa bed in the living room. You will also have your own private yard, fully furnished and with your bbq and hot tub. The residence is equipped with: • Highspeed Wi-fi internet • 3 TVs with Netflix • Air-conditioning • Fully equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, oven, dishwasher, cooking utensils) • Coffee machine, Kettle, espresso maker • Ironing faclities • Hair dryer, washing machine • Fresh bed linen and towels •Toiletries In your private yard you will find: • Deck • Outdoor furniture • Hot tub • BBQ
Every three days we provide housekeeping with linen and towel change. You will be able to contact us through wapp or viber for everything you might need during your stay!
