We are implementing upgraded cleaning and disinfection procedures following every check-out, while all linen and towels are professionally laundered at high temperatures. The well-being, health and safety of our employees and guests remain our highest priority. We thank you for considering this property and look forward to hearing from you. **There is a LATE CHECK-IN fee as follows: Arrival 21:00-23:00: 20 EYR Arrival after 23:00: 40 EYR The late check in fee is payable on arrival in cash.

Four apartments located side by side on the first floor of a two-level building in the heart of Hanioti, Chalkidiki. There are 2 one-bedroom apartments (49sqm each) and 2 studio apartments (29sqm each) Each one-bedroom apartment sleeps 3 guests (a double bed in the bedroom, plus a sofa bed in the open plan living room/kitchenette area). Each studio sleeps 3 guests. All apartments have a balcony shaded by a tent offering city views and outdoor furniture to relax in the mornings and evenings. Each apartment has an air-conditioning unit. The kitchenette has a mini-oven with hotplates, a refrigerator and is equipped with utensils for cooking, cutlery and crockery. There is a dining table with chairs and a TV. The bathroom features a shower and a washing machine. There is WIFI internet connection. The apartment is an ideal choice for a family seeking accommodation centrally located and close to all amenities. The beach is just 90 metres away.

During summertime, the streets in the center of Hanioti become a sidewalk, where you can enjoy a relaxing evening stroll, or sit in one of the numerous taverns, restaurants, bars or cafes. Hanioti is one of the busiest regions of Halkidiki and it is ideal for family vacations, athough there are also a lot of bars and clubs where you can party all night.
