The space Archzante boutique accommodation is consisted of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a spacious open plan living room, kitchen & dining area. Bedroom 1 and bedroom 2, have both king size beds (160x200), two bedside tables with table lamps, a cloth rack, an air-con unit (free of charge), a dressing table and mirror with a chair. There is a sofa bed in the dining / kitchen area where it can be used as well in case a guest would like to sleep on separate bed rather than sharing the king size beds. Perfect spot for the late night munchies. There are also two private balconies at the front and back off the property. There is also a brand new washing machine installed (tablets not included) Great addition for longer stays! Other things to note Tap water in Zakynthos island is not drinkable due to high mineral content. It will do fine for doing the dishes or having a bath but it is not suggested for drinking. The locals and visitors are living off bottled water where you can find easily at supermarkets. No unregistered guests allowed. IMPORTANT: Due to a recent change in Greek tax laws for Airbnb hosts, we are required to ask all of our guests for their full name and passport number (for out of country guests) or tax number (for Greek guests).
