The apartment is renovated with high quality materials. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped, while there is an extremely convenient double sofa . It is structured in two levels; downstairs there are the kitchen, the dining and the living room, and at the higher lever which has the form of loft, there is a double bed in the one room and the feasibility of putting two more beds in the other one. These two rooms communicate with each other with an open passage. The apartment is situated on the second floor with an external staircase access and two balconies, the one of which overlooks at the pedestrian street and a smaller one that belongs to the kitchen.
A brand new studio at the heart of the old town of Andros, and indeed at its most historical place. The visitor has the unique opportunity to live with the natives in a unique place, since it is surrounded by special architectural aesthetics edifices. In parallel, the visitors have the chance to wander around the picturesque narrow streets, swim in the Venetian castle, which is a 100 meters walk from the studio, have quick access to all the hot spots of the island that are located at the main pedestrian street (museums, art galleries, cafeterias, restaurants) and, in general enjoy vacations without needing to drive a car. The homes are renovated with high quality materials. They are situated on the second floor with an external staircase access .It is worth mentioning that the apartment is located at the main pedestrian street where there are no cars and the visitors need only a 5-10' walk from the parking lot of the island. This is in fact the exact beauty!!!
