Cantinetta is a semi-basement furnished studio of 23sqm. It is just 3 minutes from the beach of Cote d'Azur, which is the closest beach for swimming in the town of Preveza, a beach, clean, shallow and calm with all the amenities (beach bar, café restaurant). It is also just a 10-minute walk from the historic city center and a 5-minute drive (5 km) from Aktion Airport. It has one bedroom with double bed, private bathroom, kitchen, aircondition, fridge, electric oven, TV, WiFi and is suitable for couples.
As regards the owners, one works in the tourism sector as a hotel employee and the other is a biologist with experience in guided tours in the county and especially in areas of ecological interest such as Amvrakikos gulf area, Acherontas river and others. They speak very well English, Italian, Spanish and basic French. They have experience in tourism with special care in the cleanliness and pleasant stay of the visitors. Hobby: climbing - swimming - tennis - gardening - piano-chess etc We are at your disposal for any information.
