- Location in most lively part of city. Nearly pedestrian streets with lots of tavernas / restaurants to choose from. A block from sea-front. - EXTREMELY SPACIOUS ROOMS. I STAYED TWICE IN THIS HOTEL 2 NIGHTS THE FIRST TIME, AND THEN, I LIKED IT SO MUCH THAT I DECIDED TO GO BACK THERE FOR ANOTHER 3 NIGHTS. BOTH TIMES I WAS GIVEN A TWO-ROOM SUITE OF ABOUT 40 SQUARE METERS, ONE WITH SHOWER ONLY, THE OTHER ONE WITH BATH TUB. - VERY FRIENDLY MANAGER AND PERSONNEL WHO WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO HELP ME WITH SPECIFIC DEMANDS. - WAS LUCKY FEW CUSTOMERS HAD CARS WHEN I WAS THERE. WAS THEREFORE ABLE TO PARK FOR FREE IN ONE OF THE FEW SPACES THE HOTEL HAS NEARBY, THEREBY SAVING A 17 EUROS/24 HOURS PARKING CHARGE. - THESSALONIKI/MAKEDONIA ARE LIVELY AND VERY PLEASANT WITH LOTS TO SEE. THEY ARE AMONG THE CHEAPEST EUROPEAN CITIES / REGIONS I EVER VISITED EXCEPT FOR GASOLINE AND PARKING PRICES. THE MOTORWAY TOLLS ARE ALSO VERY HIGH, SPECIALLY WHEN THERE ARE TOLLS AND THE MOTORWAY IS NOT YET BUILT!

The Bristol is a fabulous hotel, totally worth it's 5 stars. The staff was wonderful, helpful and efficient. The room was huge and comfortable, and the food exquisite. It's located right next to the seaside, the elegant bars and the White Tower (5 minutes walk).

The hotel has no private parking, and neither do the other hotels in the area. Thessaloniki is not easy to navigate by car, lots of traffic. I recommend the public parking lot next to the Mediterranean Palace hotel, it's only a 2-minutes-walk from there through pedestrian alleys and costs 15 euros a day.

Absolutely fantastic hotel. I can come again and again. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They remembered usfrom our previous visit, and still treated us like it was our first time in Thessaloniki. The hotel's breakfast is something worth waiting for the next morning. We used the bikes this time and had a ride near the sea. Spacious rooms with hi-speed Wi-Fi connection. The bathroom amenities are from Korres with natural ingredients. Excellent choice for a relaxing city break.

Everything was perfect! The staff was most service-minded, helpful, and smiling. Breakfast was extensive and delicious. The location of the hotel is excellent. Clean and well-functioning hotel. Liked also the small family-type environment in the hotel.

Only small drawback was that the WiFi hotspot didn't work well in my room.

Location and style in Ladadika

We really enjoyed our stay at Bristol. Staff was very friendly. Location is excellent, very close to Aristotel square (2 min walk). Breakfast very good.

The location of The Bristol in Thessaloniki is perfect, in a pedestrian area filled with great mezzeh restaurants and convenient to the harbor and the city downtown. Our room was a two-room suite, with high ceilings, comfortable furniture (and a full-sized desk) and a great bathroom. The noise-insulated shutters kept the room very quiet but opened to a view. The staff was excellent -- not only did they suggest a daytrip (to the museum at Vergina) they also provided directions and kept us aprised of strikes and outages. Breakfast was a high point. Greek omelets, toast and feta, etc.

Great Hotel, perfect charming location and lots of restaurant, bars very close. 5 min. walk from main shopping area and close to the sea. One of the best restaurant from Thessaloniki is enclosed in the hotel. Breakfast was very good (personalized) and room very large and well furnished. People at the front desk very helping and kind. Definitively one of the best hotel in the city.

very few details such as TV only displaying greek television, noise insulation could have been better but not a problem, etc. definitively not an issue compared to assets.

The best staff I have ever seen. Especially Zafiris, Nikos, Tasos they were incredibly friendly. The best breakfast I have ever had in a n hotel. Ladadika is the best place to stay in Thessaloniki, you are in the middle of everything but still in quiet section in the town. I can suggest this hotel to everyone. Best value for the money and best place to stay in Thessaloniki. I will definately go this hotel again.

The only thing I can complain was the internet was not working correctly in my room, when I was attemting to log in it was always prompting me as wrong password but I am sure Nikos will resolve the problem.

The hotel has discreet charm, with large bed rooms and well appointed bathrooms. The public areas are interesting and spacious. The hotel is situated next to one of the most interesting areas of Thessalonika, where a number of old buildings have been well restored as restaurants and bars. It is close to the docks area and waterfront. The rooms are quiet, despite there being large numbers of people enjoying themselves in the street outside.

Bristol was a lovely place to stay easy access to everything especially eating places just outside hotel. Staff were great and breakfast was to your order anything you wanted fresh and really lovely, Rooms large and clean. Definetaley recommend it for anyone who wants to be in the centre of things.

The hotel is in a great location in the nicest area of down town Thessaloniki near the waterfront, close to all the good restaurants and shops and within walking distance of the museums. Their breakfast service is unique and amazing, with a huge choice of a la carte dishes with local products. Our room (executive twin) was ample and very nice. Good bed, good bathroom, no noise. The staff was very friendly, professional and helpful, providing all kinds of information about restaurants, music bars, transportation. We had an evening flight and leaving our luggage at the reception after check-out was no problem.

The only thing I can come up with is that our room had windows to the atrium, which made for a bit of a lack in fresh air. But the air conditioner worked perfectly.

This was one of our favorite hotels in Greece. It is located on a small square which is a convenient walk to the downtown area but outside the hustle and bustle. Wonderful restaurants and shopping close by. The rooms were very good size, clean and comfortable. The staff was over the top helpful. When I asked about WiFi they put an extra hot spot right in our room for best signal. The free breakfast was delicious and with a large ala-carte selection.

Parking could be a huge challenge. I would suggest taxi or bus for staying here. The hotel made sure we had a ride whenever we asked for one!

Everything. This is a hotel you never want to leave, and we were very sad to go. We were on our honeymoon, and the staff made our stay unforgettable. From a plateau of fresh fruit and champagne as a welcome gift, to the 2 free breakfasts, which were amazing. The room was very large and overlooking the square with concerts in the evening. The hotel may have seen better days, but the style and especially the friendly care with which we were welcomed largely made up for it. Whether at the reception hall, at breakfast or in their very fine Argentinian restaurant, everyone made us feel special and at home. The location is unbeatable, all the nicest bars and restaurants are just downstairs. Thessaloniki is a very charming city, but the hotel Bristol is the best we've experienced so far.

Hotel staff was excellent: very careful with every detail, kind and helpful. Everything makes you feel at home! Tastefully decorated rooms, keeping the patina of time although it was very modern and neighborhood of shops, taverns and restaurants. One of the most enjoyable experiences for us related to the hotels from all over around the globe.

Great location, within walking distance to everything. Excellent service and friendly staff, especially Mr. Zafiris Arabatzis who made our stay exceptional and catered to all our needs.

Everything was very good indeed. No complaints at all.

We stayed in the Hotel for two nights. We had two connected rooms as we requested. Excellent Staff, they will do anything to help and always with a smile. Upon arrival we were informed that one of the two rooms was a bit small and without even asking we were offered a bigger room with no extra charge (we preferred to stay in the rooms that were connected). One of the best breakfasts I ever had in a Hotel, freshly made from a menu. It has an Argentinean Restaurant as well, we didn’t have time to try it, but I did not see any disappointed customers!! Thank for a very pleasant stay, we will definitely recommend this hotel.

The breakfast is from a menu not a puffed and I was embarrassed to order second :)
