My name is Kostas Vasilakis and I have studied marketing and business management. Already being an owner of two successful villas and co-owner of a well known web development company in Greece, I started to manage other vacation rentals as well. Centro Golden View Villa commands breathtaking, panoramic views over the coastline and Chania town. This newly built, sophisticated, modern villa enjoys a privileged location close to beautiful beaches and amenities. With 6 bedrooms, including a small internal apartment, gym, ping pong table, workspace, lawned garden, barbecue and swimming pool. The services below are also included in the price: - Welcome pack including traditional Cretan treats - Bed linen, bath & pool towels provided - Housekeeping 13:00 - 15:00 (every day except from Saturday and Sunday) - Towel & Linen change every 3 days (for reservations up to 7 nights: one cleaning during stay) - Shopping before arrival (cost of groceries not included) Furthermore, the following can be arranged with an additional fee: - Selection from Wine bar / Wine cooler with a complete wine list available in the villa -Starting January 1, 2024, a new Greek tax was introduced which is called the “Climate Crisis Resilience Charge,” requiring a fee of 10 euros per night from March to October and 4 euros per night from November to February. The amount needs to be paid in cash or by card upon your arrival at the villa.

Neighborhood info

The area of Daratso is just 4kms outside of the centre of Chania town. It is home to some very popular golden sandy beaches and bays such as Chrissi Akti (Golden beach) and Agii Apostoli, a beautiful sandy bay, great for snorkelling and families due to its shallow waters. With supermarkets and all amenities so close to hand the villa provides a superb base. The national highway is also within easy reach so exploring the island is easy.
