Spacious and clean apartment with a nice little balcony in morning sun, everything just like described. All facilities you may need on your stay. Excellent location, short walk everywhere: supermarket, free parking, restaurants, beach, lake etc. Nico was super friendly and attentive host, very good communication before, during and after the stay. His restaurant recommentations were good, especiallly Portes, which was excellent and very near.

The apartment is centrally located and in a very pleasant neighbourhood. Our cosy courtyard is excellent to enjoy a meal or to sit together in a nice atmosphere. Moreover, your are reaching the sand beach "Ammos" in two minutes and three other very beautiful beaches within ten minutes by foot. The neighbourhood is surrounded by an Italian style coffee bar, two traditional Greek taverns with original Mediterranean cuisine and some cozy beach bars next to the sea.
Hi I'm Nico, and together with my father we are running our Urban Garden Apartments in Ag. Nikolaos. I am 26 years old and I grew up on the countryside of Salzburg. Since 8 years I am living in Vienna, studying economics and business at the WU in Vienna and working part-time besides at a hotel in the 13th district. My father is from Agios Nikolaos (Crete) which is the reason why I can spend the most time of my summer holidays at this wonderful place. I love city trips as well as holidays on the beach. As I am real food lover, I am very lucky with my second home in Greece as the Mediterranean Greek cuisine is simply sensational! Moreover, the greek people are just amazing!
