Evangelia, the owner, is a local lady who has years of experience in hospitality. Evangelia lives in town and she is available any time of the day via phone or message to give you any assistance or information you may need.
The apartment is set next to the peripheral Road of Parikia which is an ideal location to move around on foot, by bus or car. There is a bus stop a few meters away from the apartment which takes you to the south parts of the island. If you want to move north, the nearest bus stop is at 800m. The nearest beach of Kato Yalos is at 400m. Other nearby beaches are Livadia & Souvlia at about 1km away. The beginning of the Old Town of Parikia is just across the road. The port is at 800m. Within a couple of minutes' walk, you can reach food stores, bakeries and various other shops.
