A new-built apartment with amazing sea view! Located in Rhodes City, quite close to the beach at the West Side. Ideal for couples and families who visit our island to enjoy the sea, the sun and the traditional Greek hospitality! The balcony view, the luxurious flooring, furniture & decoration are deceptively meant to distract you but the comfort of separate bathrooms for each bedroom will amaze you. Desks & fast internet for remote work. Room for up to 5! 2 Bedroom & 2 Bathroom apartment with a common access to the living room, kitchen and balcony! - 1st Bedroom comes with 1 bathroom (with shower) - 2nd Bedroom comes with 1 en suite bathroom (with shower) -Desks in both bedrooms to allow for remote work! - Living room with a fully equipped kitchen, sofa (can accommodate a 5th person), TV, dining table and chairs - Accessible balcony with a table and chairs to enjoy the sun and sea view! - Every room is fully air conditioned and Wi-Fi accessible - Free parking spots available

A calm neighborhood, very close to many amenities such as the Hospital, Pharmacies, Super Markets, Gas Stations, Restaurants, Pastry Shops, Coffee Shops as well as the main highway leading to the South part of the island, where all the famous beaches are located. -Super Market 5 min walking from the apartment -Bus stop : "My Market" - opposite My Market supermarket (5 min walking) Bus line no. 6 to city centre. -Café next to the apartment -Gym next to the apartment (not included in the price) -Nail salon next to the apartment -Taxi fares with reasonable prices from and to Rhodes City Centre!
