Our Elegant stylish apartment is on the ground floor of our stunning villa and was built in 2018 with much hard work and dedication. Our passion for interior design is shown throughout the house which has a minimal, modern and meditterenean feeling. Located at the side of the building it offers a spectacular sea view from one side and a breathtaking view of the surrounding olive trees, from the other angle. It's also the one just in front of the garden with an easy access to it. It's patio area with outdoor furniture,offers many hours of relaxation where you can enjoy magical sunsets, take photos,read a book, work on your laptop or have your meal. The house indoors, is ideal for 4 guests and offers 2 good sized bedrooms, with a double beds and a big wardpores, an open plan kitchen with all the amenities and utensils you might need, including a washing-machine and a medium sized fridge. The livingroom is spacious modernly decorated with a big flat T.V and internet access free of charge. There are air conditioning units for both cool and hot air. The bathroom has a shower, with hot running water throughout the whole day. Free fresh towels, shampoo and and shower gels are provided to guests. There are many cats and dogs in the garden of the Estate....so if you are not keen on pets please think about it before booking with us! Finally as you understand there are other apartments in the villa so the pool and other main areas in the garden are shared.... Thank you for taking time to read this....
Hi I am Elisha, a hospitality and Tourism graduate from one of the UKs top universities in its field!! After working within the hospitality industry for several years, I decided to return to Greece and dedicate my experience, customer service and passion for this fascinating industry to create something of my own. So my family house was there ready for this cahallenge. The VILLA had belonged to family for over 20 years, and after much hard work, dedication, endless hours of personal supervision the property was restored to its former glory for our guests and us to enjoy. My flair and passion for interior design is also shown throughout the whole house.... Another huge intrest of mine is offering back to the local community by helping out and providing care for the stray cats in Oropos. We offer them food and shelter untll they get adopted. Some of which you might see in the property in their dedicated area. They are extremely friendly and loved to be petted and photographed by guests.
Τhe house is located on a hillside only 3k.m away from the center of Oropos, offering an amazing sea-view that is one of a kind. The neighbourhood is very peaceful and tranquil surrounded by a natural environment of olive groves and pine trees which offer fresh air and a unique clean atmosphere. Nearby is a beautiful forest ideal for trekking, bird watching, photography or cycling. The nearest organised beach is only 4 k.m away with an array of bars, beach clubs, cafes and restaurants. The center of Oropos is onlg a two minute drive-and you reach everything you might want : Super markets, bakeries, fast food restaurants,banks, groceries, cafes, bars, pharmacies, hairdressers and an array of other shops and services. The coast runs miles and miles and has plenty of lovely spots very easily accessible by car, where you can enjoy your swim or undertake all sorts of water sports from tubing, canoeing,sailing, diving, to jet-skiing and surfing. There are a number of spots where you can hire the equipment. Oropos has also an open-air cinema, a billiards and snooker club, and many childrens playgrounds and funfairs. Throughout the summer months interesting exhibitions take place. Enjoy
