A lovely, brand new, garden maisonette within a private residential complex, fully equipped and able to accommodate comfortably up to 4 people. Two spacious air-conditioned bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a WC and a bathroom, fast WIFI, balcony with sea views as well as a large private outdoor lawn space with barbecue and two different roofed sitting areas! The beach is just 70 meters away 1 minute walk, so this is an ideal location for total relaxation and peace of mind. The house is opposite Agia Varvara church. There are 3 organized beaches that can be reached on foot as they are about 100 meters away from the house. Marathonas A and Marathonas B beaches are sandy beaches. The area has many seaside cafes, restaurants and beach bars and there is also a supermarket at 30 meters from the house. A health center, pharmacy, and ATM can be found 5km away from Aegina town. Getting around: •1 hour 15 minutes away by regular ferry or 40 minutes away by the fast ‘Flying dolphin’ from Piraeus Port (Athens). •The maisonette is located on the main road that connects the main town of Aegina and Perdika. It is 5km away from Aegina Port and it can be reached by car, taxi (approx. 8euros) or by local bus (check the timetable before you wait) and the bus stop is 20m away from the house. • The famous sandy beaches of Marathonas are just some meters of distance from Home! • 30 meters away from nearest supermarket, beach bars, restaurants • 5 km from the main town of Aegina • Archeological museum of Aegina 5km • Ancient Temple of Athena Aphaia 13km away • Kapralos museum 9km • Kleidi beach and Klima beach are 15 minutes away by car
