Property info

The spacious apartment is ideal for 4 people. It is modern, in a quiet neighborhood and with a great location in Kos Town. City center, monuments and sights are 10 min. away by foot. Amazing beaches are 400 m. away. Also, nearby exist super markets, pharmacies and restaurants. Finally, the central bus station is located 1.2 km. away, also the distance between the apartment and the airport is 23 km. and to the port is 500 m. The modern apartment can host up to 4 people. It is on the 2nd floor of the building. It provides 2 bedrooms (1 with double bed and 1 with two single beds), 1 equipped kitchen for meal preperation, 1 dinning table, 1 living room with sofa and a smart TV, 1 bathroom with bathtub and of course 3 balconies with the view of the Kos town. Kitchen has a fridge with freezer, oven, stove, a coffe machine and a kettle. The apartment has air-condition, free Wifi, washing machine, hairdryer, iron, clean bath towels and bedsheets, shampoo, soap and body wash. The guests of the apartment have access in the whole apartment. Also, access is possible in the terrace and in the outside sitting space. The apartment has self check-in system (lockbox).
