Black Pearl Villa is one of the two Elounda Pearls Villas located in the picturesque village of Elounda in Crete, each one designed in order to provide 100% privacy. The Villa covers 220 m2 and its architectural style smoothly blends the traditional with the urban-tech way of living and boasts 3 bedrooms which can accommodate 6 guests. The villa offers comfortable living in a sophisticated minimalist style, as well as excellent construction in a high-energy spot with breathtaking views, unique and luxurious furnishings and appliances, combining traditional and modern materials. A quite original project for elegant and demanding residents and probably the best choice for your holidays! Just a fascinating experience to live! -Starting January 1, 2024, a new Greek tax was introduced which is called the “Climate Crisis Resilience Charge,” requiring a fee of 1,50 euros per night from March to October and 0,50 euros per night from November to February. The amount needs to be paid in cash or by card upon your arrival at the villa.
