This charming holiday beach Villa boasts dramatic, unobstructed views of the Northern Cretan Sea, as well as the beach, the Fortezza Fortress and Rethymno bay. Furthermore, the Villa’s position offers an exceptional combination of beauty and practical appeal, as it is just ten minutes walking to the Old City centre and all the relevant historic sites. Additionally, super markets, cafes, beach bars, bus station, pharmacy, banks and all other kinds of amenities are easily reached on foot or by bike, giving you the chance of having a totally car free holiday! Espera Beach Front Residence, is part of an iconic complex - Kimata BeachFront Retreats, which includes six independent holiday homes in total, each of them with separate facilities & private entrances. Kindly note that due to the design of the complex some of the areas may be overlooked. Great for car free holidays! Although, if you insist on renting a car, you can park it in the street beside the houses. Gratefully, there is plenty of space for your bicycles. Part of the hip new Rethymno is going by bike—with skirts and high hills if you please.
