A modern and cozy ground floor apartment of a total area of 100sqm, decorated in black and white is waiting for you on the most historical part of the city. Located near the centre of Nea Ionia, in a close distance to the city center. In a 15-20’ walking distance is the city centre of Volos, in a 5’ distance you find the local but adequate market of Nea Ionia and in approximately 1’ you can enjoy the pleasure of ‘Tsipouro’ in one of the most authentic ‘Tsipouradiko' in Nea Ionia, ‘Demiris’ .
The Estrela neighborhood, a traditional Greek neighborhood offers you the serenity you need away from the hustle and bustle of the city. In the street in front of the apartment there is the regulation of single and even parking days, so before you park your vehicle just keep in mind the month or even better observe the neighbors! In a 5-10' walking distance you will be in the centre streets of Nea Ionia where you can find anything you wish. And of course do not forget to pass in front of the football court of Niki Volou, the most historical football team in the area since 1924. In a 5’ distance there is a taxi stand as well as bus stops which can take you every place you wish. However, if you prefer to walk, in 15-20' you arrive in the city center of Volos. There is always the alternative of cycling. Volos is a small bicycle city with a high percentage of locals who choose this type of transportation. If you are interested we can assist you in renting bicycles and enjoy your rides in Volos.
