The hosts were really nice and welcoming. The room quite spacious and confortable, everything super clean. Great offer for the location, beaches really close. We received also a nice coffee in the morning in their boutique with fresh figs.

Maria, the owner, met me with a cup of coffee and cookies and stories and gave me the best room she had because "I want you to be comfortable". The room was a very good size, very comfortable bed, nice bed side lamps, fantastic shower (pressure!), big balcony with a kitchenette (wonderful to have!) and partial sea view. Kalamaki is tiny, and Ilios is just meters from the beach. Grocery store is next door, and so is everything there is like bakery, restaurants, cafés. A 10 min walk towards Komos there's a long stretch of a nudist beach- wonderful. It<#s a great place for the beach- with wonderful Kosmos archeaological site in walking distance (though closed and fenced off). I can only highly recommend Maria's - it's incredible what high standard she offers especially for what you pay. I will take my kids here and definitely come again! Thank you, Maria!

It was good place in very quote and good location. Just 3 minutes from the nearest beach by walk. I have been met by owner of this property. Invited to coffee and conversation. Room was small with aircon and TV. Cleaning has been done on daily basis. WiFi was good enough.

The place and especially the owners are amazing and really, really nice and kind. We have been there for a couple of nights, and we felt like home. The studio is big and has everything you need in order to cook and enjoy the meals with a sea view. We had dinner with the family, had really good chats and learned a lot about the island and its culture. We left with a feeling to have met somebody special!

Just everything! Maria and Tarsia are really special, we've spent so much great time together. They've given us probably the nicest room, I'm quite sure bigger than we've booked. We've had a balcony all around (so we could always find a table with a shadow), with a sea and sunset view, and with many little birds nests under the roof (they make some dirt, but it is promptly cleaned, so no problem, and it was really really nice to watch them feed their offsprings in the nest practically the whole day long...). Both sisters just try to make their guests as happy as possible, and to enjoy all the time. They are so warm and positive, and provide good vibes and good energy all the time. They simply treat their guests as their family, in short. This hotel may not be for someone who looks for a luxury, but if you'd like to feel as it is your home, and stay in a place with heart and soul, it is definitely that!
