A very warm welcome from me, Theoharis, the owner of Vilaman ΙΚΕ, the property management company that is running this property. Having traveled extensively in the Americas, SE Asia and Europe, and being a demanding traveller myself, I adapted my experiences to my native Greece and combined them with our philoxenia: the ancient greek word that literally means a “friend to a stranger” and is synonymous to hospitality. For Greeks however, it is something deeper than that., it is an unspoken cultural law that shows generosity and courtesy to strangers. In addition, my personal relationship with each property owner allows me to make sure that everything runs smoothly, as desired, so that our every guest feels at home at our properties and takes a unique experience and unforgettable memories back home with them.

Property info

After an exhausting day at our local beach (possibly the best beach on the island for small children), you will lounge under the shaded terrace, a magical relaxation spot, with wonderful seaviews at daytime and moon & star views at night. You will be located at the tranquil and exclusive area of Santa Maria in Paros. After a few minutes walk, you will be swimming in the beautiful sandy beaches of Santa Maria, possibly the best beach on the island for small children. Some people might not like all this tranquility or the fact that they will have to cook their own fresh fish/meat in the BBQ provided, using herbs from the garden, but this is up to you to decide! The villa is situated in a 1000 m2 plot of land with olive and fruit trees, aromatic herbs, lavender and wild flowers, which you are free to use . Carefully designed and built following the minimal Cycladic architecture, using local materials of the highest quality, the villa blends harmonically with its natural environment. The large shaded terrace, which the villa enjoys, offers fabulous sea views, providing an ideal location for al fresco meals or evening cocktails with the moon and lights of Naxos island flicker ac

Neighborhood info

The villa is within walking distance of Mikri Santa beach with its crystal clear waters and nice sand. You can go on foot to some very nice beaches and also to two tavernas (Katsounas and Dichty). Also you can walk to the Santa Maria Surfing Beach Camping, which has a mini market, 2 restaurants and water sports.
