On the right, there is cosy living room with an impressive marble fireplace and large windows viewing the pool. Further inside, a second, even more spacious living room with comfortable sofas and great view of the garden, offers moments of relaxation. Adjacent to it, the villa offers a study room for those who wish to combine vacation with work. On the left, the comfortable dining room, which can accommodate several guests, is connected to a spacious kitchen. Equipped with the most modern appliances and covered with granite, this room is ideal for the preparation of the most tasteful dishes. There is also a separate en-suite bedroom with its own bathroom with shower that can be used as a guestroom. The outstanding marble staircase with the handmade railing takes you to the first floor.
