La Maison [I] is a fully renovated 86 sqm apartment, located on the mezzanine level of a two-floors building at the very beating heart of Skiathos center. The beautifully decorated house can accommodate up to 6 guests in 3 private bedrooms. Offers one bathroom with a rainfall shower and a separate kitchen with a dining table with a window. The apartment is also equipped with a washing machine, cooking and electric appliances as well as tableware items. Two of the bedrooms have a double bed, a HD Smart TV and a window. The 3rd bedroom opens to a small furnished balcony viewing the courtyard and features a sofa 2.20m x.90m that can turn into a comfortable bed of the size 2.20mx.1.80m. All three bedrooms have their own air conditioning. Famous Papadiamandis street, the old port with restaurants, taverns, bars, and clubs as well as the Acropolis of the island are 5 min away. La Maison is also in walking distance from the Ferry Boat terminal. The airport is less than 10 m.

Due to its unique location, in a traditional cobbled street, the property is only accessible by motorcycle, bike, or on foot. Cars are allowed to park 5 minutes away, in the large parking area at the district of the Acropolis. Mini market and pharmacy are located only a heartbeat away. General Note: La Maison Skiathos building, consist of 2 separate apartments on the same property. Mezzanine floor and upper floor. Each has a separate entrance door but the rooftop terrace access its exclusively for the upper-floor guests,
