Live like an Athenean with every modern comfort in this lovingly presented and tastefully upgraded home. Walk 5 mins. to vibrant shopping and restaurant precinct whilst just 7 kms from Athens CBD. Local buses and taxi service for your use are nearby. Floor plan offers master bedroom, elegant lounge which converts into second bedroom, modern bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. Private carport. Delightful large verandah. Pet friendly home at street level. Reliable taxi to & from airport.
Athens is very beautiful and exciting at any time of the year. Visit Thia Koula's home and be part of this vibrant community with all that Ilion has to offer. Immerse yourself in the area and its people just by walking around the block or sitting on the large shady verandah. I am available for contact by text, phone and email. A local contact will be there to assist you if you require any help or information.
We love this location. You will be immersed in the local culture by simply walking 3 - 5 minutes to a number of local squares which are typically surrounded by shops and restaurants and where the locals meet every day for a chat and a coffee. Walk a few more minutes, and you will be in the commercial and entertainment precinct with great shopping for the whole family and an endless variety of restaurants and bars. Life is good and never boring. There are numerous buses nearby which will take you into the heart of Athens or into Piraeus Port. However we generally take a taxi, which is not expensive, and which you can arrange with your next door neighbour (Babis) or walk to the main Ilion square only 7 minutes walk from home.
