All the properties you see here have been hand selected by us, and we have even spent the night as guests ourselves to ensure they meet our standards. A gorgeous, well appointed 5BR villa with amazing views, spacious accommodation and fantastic furnishings. The house has just been completed (Spring 2019) to a very high standard and with great taste. It is located on a hillside a few minutes walk from the port and offers a commanding view of the old town of Spetses and the Saronic gulf beyond. It has two large terraces (shaded in the summer), two kitchens, all bedrooms are en-suite and marble floors throughout. A perfect place for a large family or group of friends to enjoy a relaxing and memorable vacation. Book now!

Neighborhood info

The house is in heart of the old town and it is on a quite cal-de-sac. From the balcony you can gaze other rooftops and the Saronic Gulf with panoramic views of the old town, the paved uphill path is popular for walks in the summer. The house is located 5minutes walk from the main port of the island (dapia) where most of the restaurants and bars are located and about 20min walk to Kaiki beach, the most upscale beach of the island. There are no cars allowed in the island but in case you rent scooters you can park them in front of the house.
