Beautiful setup, inviting balcony with gorgeous views; you can spend a day there and won't notice the time fly. Well designed and organized space, lovely decoration sets the mood. Absolutely loved staying at Antoniadi rooms. Maria was absolutely fantastic. She picked me up from the port and back. The location is so lovely as it’s a little walk from the main centre which I thoroughly enjoyed for the peace and quiet. Livadia beach is beautiful and there is a little private beach across the road from the rooms. Easy access to the walks from livadia too. I highly recommend staying here for your next visit to Tilos.

The view from the room was amazing The rooms were very neat, tidy & clean and all the facilities were available as written in the description. As a host, Maria was amazing and she personally came to pick us up in port and also leave us to port during our return. She informed all the information during our stay regarding the island of Tilos (what to see, what are the options, recommendations)

The location (including a beautiful tiny "private" beach) is breathtaking. Maria is extremely nice, always present without being intrusive. The rooms are comfortable, very clean and well equipped. A great place. We will be back.

We had a wonderful time staying at Antoniadi rooms, a perfect quiet location, with a private beach right in front and just a 20 minute stroll to the restaurants. Our room had a lovely new bathroom and beautiful shady balcony for relaxing and enjoying the sunset and beautiful turquoise sea view. Maria was kind and welcoming with great local knowledge and we enjoyed her delicious home made cakes and Greek coffee for breakfast. Breakfast takes place on the peaceful terrace overlooking the sea. Maria is a fantastic host she does a lovely breakfast of toast eggs yogurt honey and Greek salad on the terrace which overlooks the bay it’s beautifully decorated and because there are only a few tables feels extremely relaxed the location we felt was the best as you get the sunset from that side it’s a 20minute walk to the restaurant s for us was perfect stroll in the evening

The atmosphere was very cozy, kinda felt like home. The lady who owns the place (Maria) is so welcoming, kind and helpful, always there for your every need. Our studio was super clean and fully equipped (especially the kitchen!) The view from our little balcony was also majestic!
