The view and location were exceptional.The owner provided great information on the house as well as some local treats for us when we arrived. The space was ample and relaxing. A beautiful place to spend time.

We loved the house, looooved it. I mean the view, the terrace, the sunset, it's extraordinary. It's located on a beautiful cliff, close to Balos beach (with a car) and has a gorgeous view of the sea and the sky (amazing to watch the stars as well). The house is fully equipped and is perfect for longer stays, we would love to come back for more time. The host is easy to communicate with and very responsive. If you want to visit this house you would need a car to access it and also go to the supermarket or restaurant. Close by (5 min with the car) there is a cheap restaurant with delicious greek cuisine. Michalis also left of us some greek wine/uzo to try which made us feel welcomed. And now for our favourite part - the terrace - huge and equipped with awesome furniture so you can relax and enjoy the view from every angle. It is also equipped with 2 barbecues if you want to prepare your own food. Loved every moment.

This place was amazing and we were very happy that we ended our Crete travels with a 6-day stay at Michalis' house. The house is very comfortable with three spacious bedrooms, a large living room with open well-equipped kitchen and - the best - an enormous shady terrace (sitting area, sunbeds, swinging chairs etc.!) with a breathtaking view on the bay of Kissamos. The house is ideally located - we could walk on foot to two different beaches and two great family tavernas. We hope to come back next year.

Michalis hat uns sehr freundlich in Empfang genommen. Es ist ein wunderschön gelegenes Haus mit einer großen Sonnenterrasse. Das Haus ist sehr großzügig: es gibt viel Platz und genug Raum für Rückzug. Es ist perfekt ausgestattet. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Wir möchten Michalis noch einmal sehr danken für alles und auch für die köstlichen regionalen Spezialitäten, die für uns bereit standen (vor allem das exzellente Olivenöl!). Nur wenige Gehminuten bis zum Strand und großartige Wandermöglichkeiten haben diesen Ort für uns perfekt gemacht. Wir haben unsere Zeit in Michalis Haus sehr genossen. Alle Menschen mit denen wir Kontakt hatten waren sehr herzlich. Das war eine schöne Erfahrung.
